What to Watch

· President Obama resumes campaign-style travel today with a visit to the northern Indiana city of Elkhart for a town hall meeting at Concord High School. Known as the RV Capital of the World, Elkhart is heavily reliant on a manufacturing sector now in steep decline. The recreational vehicle industry has been hit especially hard, leading the unemployment rate around Elkhart and neighboring Goshen to jump to more than 15 percent. Obama's visit to the town won't be his first: He campaigned door to door and shot some hoops in Elkhart last May in advance of the state's Democratic primary, then returned there again in August to give a speech.

· After the town hall, Obama returns to Washington, where he will conduct his first prime-time presidential television news conference at 8 p.m. Both the town hall and the news conference will include plenty about the economy and the president's stimulus proposals before Congress. Meanwhile, the Senate is pressing for a final vote on passage of the mammoth stimulus bill tomorrow. [Story, A1.]

· After her first weekend at Camp David with the president and the girls, Michelle Obama resumes her listening tour of the federal government today with an afternoon visit to the Interior Department.
