March madness comes early. The weather's nice, upsets abound, and there's yet another change atop Dan Steinberg's Atlantic 11 poll. Enjoy it; the way these teams are going, this might be as mad as it gets around here this winter.

1. Virginia Tech (15-7)

Dukes will be a shoo-in for the Basketball Championship Subdivision Tournament once the NCAA finally realizes that all those extra games in March are really bad for the student-athletes at large D-1 schools. (Jamie Paquette)

57 Next: Thursday vs. St. Francis
Lost their first game in a month to Long Island on Thursday. It wasn't all bad though as Jeremy Goode was still able to drop 50 on the Knicks. (Jack Lambert)
