In honor of Sunday's Academy Awards, we asked readers to tell us about their favorite movie interiors, whether the films were Oscar-worthy or not. Many of you mentioned "Something's Gotta Give" (2003), starring Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton. Here are some others:

'Father of the Bride' (1991)

"Father of the Bride" house all the way! (Steve Martin version.) I love that house, not because it has amazingly beautiful decor, but because it is a classic, cozy, warm, American home. Everything from the shutters and white picket fence to the foyer and the living room and kitchen. The whole architecture is classic. I'm sure any American would love to grow up there.

Julie Daniel

'Hannah and Her Sisters' (1986)

The apartment in "Hannah and Her Sisters." It is the quintessential New York apartment. Great space, details, furnishings and lots of books.

Suzanne Abrams

'The Holiday' (2006)

I loved Iris's [the Kate Winslet character's] cottage. The whole house was just what one would think an English cottage should be like inside and out. I especially loved the living room and bedroom. They had a warm and relaxed feeling while still being well put together. The use of antiques made it look old, but it still had modern touches. Books lined the wall, throws and pillows on the furniture. Just the perfect place to read a book on a cold and snowy night.
