In Philadelphia, Shaqwedia Wallace scored 18 points and Temple upset No. 13 Xavier, 74-65, last night to snap the Musketeers' 15-game winning streak.
Shenita Landry added 14 and LaKeisha Eaddy (River Hill) had 12 points for the Owls (19-8, 10-3 Atlantic 10), who won their 21st consecutive regular season league game at home.
It was Temple's first win in four tries over a ranked team this season. The Owls previously fell to Auburn, Rutgers and Duke.
Special Jennings scored 14 points, Jerri Taylor added 13 and Ta'Shia Phillips had 10 points and nine rebounds for Xavier (24-5, 12-1), which lost its first conference game this season. April Phillips also had 10 rebounds.
The Musketeers hadn't lost since a 75-57 defeat on Dec. 21 at Arizona State.
-- NEBRASKA 52, KANSAS STATE 47: Cory Montgomery had 21 points and eight rebounds to lead the host Cornhuskers to an upset win over the No. 20 Wildcats.
Montgomery hit three three-pointers for Nebraska (13-13, 4-9 Big 12), which beat a team ranked in the top 20 for the first time this season.
Ashley Sweat scored 13 points and Kelsey Nelson added 12 for Kansas State (21-5, 8-5), which shot just 33 percent.
Kari Kincaid's free throws with 29 seconds left in the first half gave Kansas State a 22-21 lead. The Wildcats led for the last time, 40-39, with 9:38 remaining.
-- DUKE 83, WAKE FOREST 50: Jasmine Thomas scored 16 points and the No. 10 Blue Devils (23-4, 10-3 ACC) raced past the cold-shooting Demon Deacons in Winston-Salem, N.C.
