Wizards: Despite the team's record, F Antawn Jamison continues to define consistency. Entering last night's game, he'd posted 32 double-doubles this season, including a 25-point, 10-rebound effort in Wednesday's loss to New Orleans.

Magic: PG Jameer Nelson, who was turning in a career season, has been out since Feb. 19 with a torn right labrum. . . . F Hedo Turkoglu (left foot tendonitis) did not play. . . . The team acquired PG Rafer Alston in a trade with Houston at the deadline. Entering last night's game, Alston was averaging 10.7 points, 6.1 assists, and 1.9 steals as a member of the Magic.
