The Nets are committed to moving to a yet-to-be-built Brooklyn arena for the 2011-12 season, overcoming economic concerns and legal opposition, said Brett Yormark, the team's chief executive officer.

"It will happen," Yormark said in an interview for Bloomberg Television's "For the Record." "We'll be there for the '11-12 season. We've pre-sold 20 percent of our suites. We've got eight of our 14 founding partnerships already completely signed. Next week, we'll announce our ninth."

Yormark said the Bruce Ratner-owned team is awaiting resolution of an eminent-domain lawsuit before breaking ground on the Barclays Center. That may come in late spring or early summer, Ratner spokesman Barry Baum said in an e-mail. He declined to be more specific.

-- GRIZZLIES: Philadelphia prosecutors declined to file sexual assault charges against G Marko Jaric, saying that the accusations against him "lack prosecutorial merit."

"I'm glad everything is over," said Jaric, who recently made the news for marrying Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima. "I'm glad all the facts are [out]. All I want is to focus on the game and get a few more wins."

-- KNICKS: Coach Mike D'Antoni held struggling and hurting PG Chris Duhon out of the game at Minnesota.

Duhon has been bothered by a bad back and ankle, and he's been ineffective too. D'Antoni said that Duhon has been "running in mud" and needs to be shut down for two or three days. He'll likely miss tomorrow's game at conference-leading Cleveland as well.

D'Antoni had resisted benching Duhon in favor of streaking Nate Robinson, whom he prefers as a reserve.
