Loudoun Ballet's New Production

This weekend, the Loudoun Ballet presents "Shades of Beauty," which includes a medley of scenes from ballets such as "The Sleeping Beauty," as well as original work. Stepping Back to 1812

Join a recruiting party at which the 12th U.S. Infantry Regiment is enlisting civilians to fight in the War of 1812. The event, which features historical enactors and is suitable for all ages, is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Claude Moore Park Historic Area, 21544 Old Vestals Gap Rd. in Sterling. Breakfast With the Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny is putting in an early appearance from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Lucketts Community Center, 42361 Lucketts Rd. in Leesburg. The event includes dancing, face painting, an egg hunt, a buffet-style breakfast, prizes and a photo with the bunny. Admission is $5. Call 703-771-5281.
