HAMLIN ST., 1500 block, 1 a.m. March 25. Eugene Francis Neal Sr., 51, of the 1500 block of Hamlin Street was found on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.

MARYLAND AVE., 2000 block, 1 p.m. March 21. Erika Peters, 36, and her sons Eric Harper, 11, and Dakota Peters, 10, were found with stab wounds in an apartment. They died. An injured man found in the apartment was treated at a hospital and arrested.


QUEENS CHAPEL RD., 2100 block, 5 to 5:14 a.m. March 22. A man sexually assaulted a female in a vehicle. A man, 20, was arrested.


BLADENSBURG RD., 1600 block, 12:30 a.m. March 19. Two gunmen robbed a male in a vehicle of cash and fled in another vehicle with two accomplices.

COMMODORE JOSHUA BARNEY DR., 3500 block, 8:10 to 8:15 p.m. March 24. A male assaulted a female pedestrian and took her purse.

MINNESOTA AVE., 3900 block, 4:30 to 4:45 p.m. Feb. 10. A restaurant was entered by an intruder. An arrest was made.

NEW YORK AVE., 1300 block, 1:25 to 2:40 p.m. March 21. Two males assaulted and robbed a male pedestrian of property.

PIERCE ST., 1-99 block, 1:20 to 1:30 a.m. March 23. A male with a knife robbed a male pedestrian of property.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 800 block, 8:48 to 8:52 a.m. March 21. A male assaulted a female pedestrian and took her wallet.
