The only problem with the Lincoln-Kyl amendment to lower the death tax is that it doesn't go far enough. This outrageous tax should be eliminated.
The view that the federal government has the right to tax someone's earned and accumulated wealth simply because he or she dies is outrageous, nonsensical and immoral.
