Ludacris Joins an Art Attack
Grammy-winning rapper and actor Ludacris will perform tomorrow at the University of Maryland during the 26th annual Art Attack, a day of student performances and entertainment followed by an evening concert. Sponsored by Student Entertainment Events, the daytime activities include free caricatures and henna tattoos, a petting zoo and luau dancers between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the McKeldin Mall. The concert, which also features Virginia Coalition and the Dance Party, starts at 6 p.m. on Chevy Chase Field at Byrd Stadium. The University of Maryland campus is at Route 193 and Stadium Drive in College Park. Admission is $20 for the public and $5 for University of Maryland students. 301-314-8498.
Keri Hilson Sings for Herself
Keri Hilson, the latest in a stream of ghost songwriters who are taking to the mic and the spotlight, will perform at the annual Teen Takeover at 5 p.m. Saturday. The event will feature the High School Catwalk Classic Fashion Show Championship, in which high school students will model fashions. Games, seminars and giveaways also will be offered. Other live performers include Yung L.A., the GS Boys and RichGirl. The event is at the Comcast Center on the University of Maryland campus at Route 193 and Stadium Drive in College Park. National Harbor Market Returns
Farmers, florists, musicians, jewelers, quilters and glass blowers will be among those selling their wares at the American Market at National Harbor, which reopens for the spring and summer Saturday.
