Washington Capitals Restrict Ticket Sales to Block Pittsburgh Penguins Fans

Shame on Ted Leonsis! The Washington Capitals owner told ticket sellers not to sell playoff seats to anyone without a D.C. area Zip code, shutting out Pittsburgh area fans who would doubtlessly cheer for the Penguins as only Pittsburgh fans can do ["Home Fans Only," Sports, May 2].

What an example of poor sportsmanship for young Capitals fans. Doesn't Mr. Leonsis have any confidence that Alex Ovechkin and his fellow Caps stars would not be distracted by fans cheering for their opponents? Shouldn't we all remember that this is a game?
