Blue Devils 13-3.
Outlook: Senior Tommy Phelan has won five of six since taking over for the Midshipmen in goal. He was on the field for Navy's NCAA tournament win last year at North Carolina and will try to repeat the feat against a Duke team that has averaged 13.9 goals in its seven-game winning streak. Blue Devils senior M Ned Crotty, the ACC player of the year, leads the nation with 65 points and 45 assists and is a finalist for the Tewaaraton Trophy. Brendan Connors (21 goals, 10 assists) and Tim Paul (18 goals, 13 assists), a pair of junior attackmen, share Navy's scoring lead.
