Young Driver Dies in Crash in Northwest

A District teenager was killed early yesterday when the car he was driving crashed in the 5000 block of Seventh Street NW.

Police said Demetrius E. Prince, 17, of Buchanan Street NE was headed south at high speed about 1:30 a.m. when he struck six parked cars and was ejected.

1 Teen Dead, 4 Others Hurt in Forestville Crash

A girl believed to be between 14 and 16 years old was killed and four other teenagers were injured in a car crash yesterday in Forestville, Prince George's County police said.

The crash occurred at Pennsylvania Avenue and Forestville Road shortly after midnight, police said.
