D.C. Teen Charged in February Slaying; Man Dies After Being Shot; 4th Suspect Arrested in Stabbing of Homeless Man

Teen Charged in Fatal Shooting
A 17-year-old suspect was charged Wednesday in the February shooting death of a Prince George's County man in Southeast Washington, D.C. police said.
Marcel Cross of Southeast was arrested about 6:30 p.m. by the police department's gun-recovery unit in the 2300 block of 16th Street SE. Police said he was charged with second-degree murder in the slaying of Carlton Hill, 25, of Clinton, who was one of two men shot in the 1600 block of W Street SE the night of Feb. 7. The other survived.

Man, 26, Is Shot to Death
A 26-year-old District man was shot to death early yesterday on a Southeast Washington street, police said. Officers responding to a report of gunfire in the 5000 block of Call Place shortly before 1:30 a.m. found the victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. He was identified as Marcus Jones of the 4700 block of C Street SE.

D.C. police said they arrested a fourth suspect yesterday in the stabbing death of a homeless man in Northeast Washington.
