BOUNDARIES: In Northwest Washington, Spring Valley is bounded by Nebraska Avenue and Loughboro Road to its south, Dalecarlia Parkway to its west and Massachusetts Avenue to its northeast.

SCHOOLS: Mann Elementary, Hardy Middle and Woodrow Wilson Senior High schools.

HOME SALES: Twenty-three houses have sold in the past 12 months, at prices from $712,500 to $5.6 million, with an average sale price of price $1.644 million, according to Anneliese Wilkerson with Long & Foster Real Estate. Seventeen houses are on the market, with listing prices from $849,000 to $7.5 million, with an average listing price of $2.7 million. Four houses are under contract, from $995,000 to $2.8 million, with an average price of $1.6 million.
