A house in Upper Marlboro was largely destroyed in a massive fire early this morning, the Prince George's County fire department said, but no one was inside the structure and no injuries were reported.

The blaze was reported in the 100 block of Stan Fey Drive about 2:30 a.m., said Maj. Erroll George, a fire department spokesman. The cause of the blaze was under investigation. No additional information was immediately available.
