Alexandria police have identified a man who was killed Thursday as 45-year-old Michael James Horton, police said today.
Horton, of Butler, Pa., was discovered about 6 p.m. in the 600 block of North Payne Street with trauma to his upper body. Police declined to say what killed him. An autopsy determined his death to be a homicide.
Police ask that anyone who knew Horton or has information about the crime call investigators at 703-838-4444.
