HOME SALES: Nineteen condos went under contract from June 2008 through May 2009, with prices from $350,000 to $1 million, according to Alexandra Minckler, senior sales associate for the National Park Seminary condos. EYA Senior Vice President A.J. Jackson said 18 new townhouses have been sold in 2009, with prices from $599,000 to $850,000.

Thirty-five condos will be available by late summer. They range from 800 to 3,000 square feet and cost from $350,000 to $900,000. Fourteen townhouses, ranging from $609,500 to the mid-$700,000s, are for sale.
