Two friends of mine and I are finding that the Food section does not have enough recipes, especially practical ones. There are enough news stories and other articles in The Post without having a Food section that's overwhelmingly articles with photos, rather than recipes.

I recently returned from Florida, where one paper I bought had a Food section that was so superior to The Post's, I distributed it to my friends. For example, it had a practical article on how to make good casseroles, followed by several sample recipes.

The number of practical, appealing recipes in your Food section is characteristically low. It used to be my favorite section, but no more.
