Good food done fast is the common thread among four of June's five most-viewed recipes in Recipe Finder (http://www.washingtonpost.com/recipes) as of Monday.

1. General Tsao's Chicken. Shown at left. A Cooking for One dish that beats many restaurant renditions.

2. Veggie Slaw. A crunchy and colorful make-ahead accompaniment for grilled and smoked meats, from Real Entertaining columnist David Hagedorn.

3. Italian-Style Marinated Carrot Salad. Nourish columnist Stephanie Witt Sedgwick's easy, attractive side dish made with almost no fat.

4. Chipotle Grill-Roasted Rack of Pork. A brine, a sauce, a rub and a glaze produce a succulent main course that's cooked outdoors.

5. Spice-Seared Tuna With Avocado, Mango and Pea Shoot Salad. A 25-minute weeknight meal that's beautiful and well seasoned. If pea shoots aren't around, use baby mache instead.
