A suspect in a Prince George's County homicide was arrested tonight in Takoma Park after barricading himself inside an apartment house for several hours, Takoma Park police said.

Authorities said Delonte A. Gomez, 28, was wanted in connection with a slaying that occurred Wednesday in the 8200 block of New Hampshire Avenue.

After barricading himself in a building on Aspen Court, Gomez was taken into custody without incident about 6:45 p.m., Takoma Park police said.
