Washington Freedom (4-6-4) at Sky Blue FC (5-6-3)

Where: Yurcak Field, Piscataway, N.J.

When: 7 p.m.

Outlook: After a five-game unbeaten streak spanning from the end of April through May, the Freedom has fallen into a tailspin, losing four of six in the past two months, including three straight one-goal losses.

Washington's current 1-4-1 streak this summer has dropped it into sixth place in the seven-team league, and with just six games remaining the Freedom must find its form in order to secure a place in the inaugural Women's Professional Soccer postseason.

The battle back begins with a visit to Sky Blue FC, which has won three of its last four to vault into the playoff hunt. Sky Blue FC has given up just 12 goals all season, second in the league, and the Freedom must look to score early -- Washington is 4-1-1 when it strikes first and 0-5-3 when it doesn't.
