Where: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore.

When: 8 p.m.

Outlook: AC Milan and Chelsea are two of the world's top clubs and will be met by a sellout crowd of more than 70,000 in Baltimore for the first soccer game at M&T Bank Stadium.

The Rossoneri, as AC Milan is known to its fans, are 17-time Italian Serie A champions and seven-time European Cup winners, and feature some of the world's top players -- including Brazilian midfielder Ronaldinho and gritty Italian center midfielder Gennaro Gattuso.

Chelsea, behind the high-spending ways of Russian owner Roman Abramovich, has compiled many of the game's biggest stars, including goalkeeper Peter Cech, midfielders Michael Essien, Frank Lampard and Michael Ballack, and forward Didier Drogba.

The Blues won back-to-back English Premier League titles from 2004 to '06 and were runners-up in the UEFA Champions League in 2008, losing in penalty kicks to Manchester United.

Milan was upset by Club America in its opening game of the World Football Challenge, a four-team round-robin tournament, on Wednesday night in Atlanta, a contest in which American international Oguchi Onyewu (Sherwood) debuted with the Italian club.

Chelsea, now guided by former AC Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti, defeated Inter Milan, 2-0, in its opener at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., on Tuesday.
