As many readers noticed, an image of Robert F. Kennedy on the front of the July 8 Style section was reversed, making it appear as though he parted his hair on the opposite side of how he normally wore it. This was an improper manipulation. The Post's policy is to use the technique only for photo illustrations clearly labeled as such.
