INDECENT EXPOSURES

STRATHMORE ST., 6900 block, July 6 to 8. In two incidents, a male exposed himself on the grounds of an apartment complex. A Bethesda male, 14, was arrested.

ROBBERIES

HORNERS LANE N., 200 block, 11:05 p.m. July 14. Several people shoved a pedestrian, took cash from him and fled. Arrests were made nearby. The victim's cash was recovered.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BENNION RD., 4500 block, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 8. Property was stolen from a residence.

CARTWRIGHT WAY, 14300 block, 6:30 p.m. July 10 to 10:30 a.m. July 11. Property was stolen from a vehicle.

CHAPMAN AVE., 1600 block, July 10. GPS devices were stolen from six vehicles parked at a Metro station. All vehicles were entered by force.

COVE LANE, 14000 block, 2:25 to 2:31 a.m. July 9. A GPS device, a camera and other items were taken from a vehicle that thieves entered by smashing a window. Two men were seen fleeing with the property.

COVE LANE, 14000 block, 5 to 6 p.m. July 10. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

CROFTON HILL CT., 1 to 100 block, 7:30 p.m. July 8 to 3:05 a.m. July 9. Cash and a laptop computer were stolen from a vehicle entered by force.

DOUGLAS AVE., 700 block, July 11 to 12. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing.

DOVER RD., 14900 block, 7 p.m. July 11 to 6:59 a.m. July 12. Stereo equipment was stolen from two vehicles entered by force.

DUFIEF MILL RD., 14900 block, 10 to 11 a.m. July 12. A purse was taken from a vehicle whose window was smashed. The vehicle was parked at a recreation center.

FREDERICK RD., 15100 block, 11:59 a.m. July 10. Property was stolen from a business entered by force.

HARDWICKE PL., 4:58 to 5:02 a.m. July 10. A GPS was stolen from a vehicle entered by force.

LARKSPUR TERR., 1000 block, July 10. A lawnmower was stolen from a shed at a residence.

MARTINS LANE, 7:35 a.m. to 8 a.m. July 9. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

MILLCREST DR., 17700 block, 8:21 p.m. July 12. A bicycle was taken from an open garage. Several people were seen on the premises.

PLATINUM DR., 14200 block, 11:30 p.m. 11:30 p.m. July 10 to 10 a.m. July 11. Loose change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

RANDOLPH RD., 5200 block, 11:45 a.m. July 9. A cellphone, an earphone, a digital music player and groceries were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot. The victim had gone back into the store after loading the vehicle with groceries.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 700 block, 1:20 a.m. July 14. An attempt was made to break into a printing business. Nothing was reported missing.

SHERBROOKE WAY, 2300 block, 4:58 to 5:02 a.m. July 10. A briefcase, a watch and a digital music player were stolen from a vehicle entered by force.

STONECUTTER DR., 11400 block, 6 p.m. July 10 to 10:30 a.m. July 11. Compact discs were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

SUNFLOWER DR., 5000 block, 7:12 p.m. July 10. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

EDGEWOOD PARK AREA, 4:30 p.m. July 7. Two males sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female acquaintance.

GREER AVE., 400 block, 8:45 p.m. July 11. A man exposed himself to a woman working in her yard.

ASSAULTS

FALKLAND LANE AND EAST WEST HWY., 10:25 p.m. July 10. Three females stopped a girl, sprayed her with pepper spray and threatened her with a knife. The victim ran to a nearby residence for assistance.

PINEY BRANCH RD. AND CARROLL AVE., 2 p.m. July 12. A male motorist wearing a mask stopped a black Dodge near a bus stop where a man was standing and discharged a single shot from a firearm. No injuries were reported.

ROBBERIES

GEORGIA AVE., 8500 block, 9:50 p.m. July 10. Two males attacked a male in a parking lot at a bakery, knocking him to the ground. The assailants fled with property.

UNIVERSITY BLVD., 100 block, 11:15 p.m. July 9. Two men snatched a wallet from a man in a fast-food restaurant. After chasing them down, the man was assaulted by the two men.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ANGLETON CT., 3700 block, 10 p.m. July 11 to 6:30 p.m. July 12. An attempt was made to break into a residence.

ANGLETON CT., 14200 block, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 14. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

ASTON MANOR CT., 3500 block, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 10. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

DILSTON RD., 1300 block, 4:30 p.m. July 9 to 7 a.m. July 10. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

EDGEWATER PKWY., 2100 block, 9 p.m. July 6 to 5 a.m. July 7. An attempt was made to break into a shed at a residence.

OAK LEAF, LOCKWOOD AND GALWAY DRIVES, OLD COLUMBIA PIKE, BUCCANEER CT., GALWAY PL., AND HEATHER HOLLOW CIR., July 6 to 12. GPS devices and car stereos were among property stolen from 10 vehicles. A total of 13 vehicles were entered, six of them by force.

TAPESTRY CIR., 3200 block, 8:39 p.m. July 9. Property was taken from a residence entered by force. Three Burtonsville men are suspected.

TURBRIDGE DR., 3500 block, 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. July 13. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

WIRE AVE., 9100 block, 9:30 a.m. to noon July 7. Property was stolen from a residence.

ASSAULTS

CONNECTICUT AVE., 13500 block, 1:20 p.m. July 11. A female attacked a nail-salon employee who tried to prevent her from leaving without paying for service. An accomplice to the customer joined in the assault. Two females, ages 15 and 18, were arrested.

GEORGIA AVE., 12500 block, 10:40 p.m. July 11. A male was stabbed. The victim said that three males were involved in the attack.

LINDELL ST. AND RANDOLPH RD., 9:57 p.m. July 9. Five men attacked a man with whom they were drinking. Five men were arrested.

UNIVERSITY BLVD., 2300 block, 12:20 a.m. July 6. A man asked to leave a restaurant displayed a knife and threatened the owner.

ROBBERIES

GRANDVIEW AVE. AND ELNORA ST., 2:35 a.m. July 11. A man attacked a male pedestrian. During a struggle, three males joined in the assault. The four assailants fled with property.

LAYHILL RD AND GEORGIA AVE., 6:38 p.m. July 8. A man attacked a man at a bus stop and tried to rob him, then fled empty-handed.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BATSON RD., 16000 block, 3 to 8 a.m. July 8. An attempt was made to break into a residence.

BEL PRE RD., 2400 block, 10:50 p.m. July 7. A middle school was entered. Nothing was reported missing.

BRACKLEY AND NORVALE ROADS, AND COLLINGWOOD TERR., July 9 to 11. Six vehicles were entered, one of them by force. Among the items stolen were electronics, a digital music player, GPS devices, a stereo, loose change and jewelry.

BROOKE RD., 18700 block, 12:46 year-old 1 a.m. July 9. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing.

FLINTROCK RD., 14100 block, 9:30 to 10 p.m. July 12. Tools were stolen from an unlocked 2000 Ford custom truck.

MAY ST., 3700 block, July 12 to 13. Power tools were stolen from a 2000 Ford Econoline.

MUNCASTER MILL RD., 5900 block, 2:30 a.m. July 10. A high school was entered. Nothing was reported missing.

MYER CT., DRAKE AND BLACKMON DRIVES, AND SLOAN, EVERTON, LITTLETON, AND ELBY STREETS, July 7 to 14. Eight vehicles were entered, most of them by breaking windows. Among the items stolen were GPS devices, wallets and digital music players.

SCHOOLHOUSE CIR., 2800 and 2900 blocks, July 7 to 8. Three vehicles were entered, two of which had been left unlocked. Among the items stolen were a DVD player, a cellphone charger, a digital music player, a scanner, sunglasses and credit cards.

UNIVERSITY BLVD., 2900 block, 11 to 11:30 a.m. July 8. A man, 30, of no fixed address, was found sleeping inside a residence.

ASSAULTS

FOREST BROOK RD., 19000 block, 10:30 p.m. July 8. Responding to a call, police found a person on the ground with a stab wound.

TALL CEDAR CT., 1 to 100 block, 2:20 a.m. July 12. Three gunshots were fired at a residence. No injuries were reported.

WHITE SADDLE DR., 1:30 a.m. July 12. A cab driver answering a call for a fare was threatened by a male at gunpoint and hit in the face.

ROBBERIES

BETHESDA CHURCH RD., 9800 block, 7:05 a.m. July 11. A man armed with a bat entered an apartment and attacked a man inside. The victim was able to escape the apartment and call police.

BRUNDIDGE TERR. AND BRANDERMILL DR., 5:30 p.m. July 12. Five male youths attacked a young pedestrian and robbed him of property.

CRYTSAL ROCK DR. AND GERMANTOWN RD., 12:50 a.m. July 8. Two males attacked a man in a parking lot outside a sports bar and fled with property.

ALDBURG DR., 11500 block, 11:30 a.m. July 5 to 12:13 a.m. July 6. A stereo, medication, and CDs were stolen from a vehicle entered by force.

APPLEGRATH WAY, 11400 block, 2:08 a.m. July 5. Two subwoofers were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

BRUNDIDGE TERR., 11:55 a.m. to 12:06 p.m. July 7. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

CLOPPER RD., 12800 block, 10 p.m. July 8 to 6 a.m. July 9. A beer-and-wine store was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

FARCROFT CT., 1 to 100 block, 11 p.m. July 8 to 8 a.m. July 9. Two cameras were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

KINGS CROSSING BLVD., 14300 block, 1:01 a.m. July 8 to 1:01 a.m. July 11. An apartment was entered. Nothing was reported missing.

PRICES DISTILLERY RD., 12100 block, 10:30 to 11:10 a.m. July 8. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

RAYFIELD DR., 19400 block, 12:30 a.m. July 9 to 6 a.m. July 10. A GPS device and a digital music player were among property stolen from two vehicles entered by force.

SUMMER OAK DR., 11500 block, 9:30 p.m. July 11 to 9 a.m. July 12. A GPS device was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

ASSAULTS

DIAMOND AVE. E., 100 block, 1:50 a.m. July 12. A man armed with a wooden plank attacked several people in a parking lot and fled in a silver vehicle.

LOST KNIFE CIR., 18300 block, 1 a.m. July 12. Two men attacked a man, who broke free and ran to his apartment. The assailants then broke a sliding-glass door and continued the assault. Two Montgomery Village men, ages 19 and 20, were arrested.

SHADY SPRING TERR., 17600 block, 11 p.m. July 8. Three men assaulted an acquaintance.

WASHINGTONIAN BLVD., 9800 block, 1:12 p.m. July 6. A woman was attacked by a woman wielding a wrench.

WATER ST., 1 to 100 block, 11:30 a.m. July 8. In what police said was a domestic incident, a person was assaulted. A man, 31, was charged with aggravated assault.

ROBBERIES

FLOWER HILL WAY, 18200 block, 9 p.m. July 9. Four men attacked a man and tried to steal his bicycle, then fled empty-handed.

ROTHBURY DR., 9100 block, July 10. Two males attacked a boy outside of a fast-food restaurant and robbed him of food and property.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CLOPPER RD., 900 block, 4 p.m. July 7. Two males broke into a residence, then fought with an occupant when confronted. Two males, ages 17 and 19, were arrested.

CLUB LAKE RD., 19600 block, 11:30 p.m. July 7. A break-in occurred at a residence. Three men, ages 18, 20 and 23, were arrested.

CORIANDER DR., 7900 block, 9:30 p.m. July 7 to 12:30 a.m. July 8. A break-in occurred at a residence. A man, 40, was arrested.

FREDERICK AVE. N., 200 block, 5:25 a.m. July 10. A check-cashing business was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

MARATHON CIR., 9600 block, 8 to 9 p.m. July 10. A break-in occurred at a residence. Four Montgomery Village men were arrested.

OCTAVIA CT., 20000 block, 11:49 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 9. Property was stolen from a residence.

HORNERS LANE, N., 200 block, 11:11 p.m. July 14. A Damascus man, 35, was charged with strong-arm robbery, second-degree assault and theft in connection with an incident at this location.

BRADLEY AVE., 1400 block, 9:30 p.m. July 16 to 5:30 a.m. July 17. A tire was stolen from a vehicle.

CROTHERS LANE, 800 block, 7 p.m. July 18. A wallet was stolen from the front porch of a residence.

DOUGLAS AVE., 700 block, 5 p.m. July 11 to 11 p.m. July 12. Power tools were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked front door.

DOVER RD., 400 block, 12:27 to 12:30 p.m. July 16. Cash was stolen from a purse that had been left in a vehicle at a tow lot.

GIBBS ST., 100 block, 2:05 to 2:15 p.m. July 14. A wallet was taken from a table in a restaurant.

LARKSPUR TERR., 1000 block, 5:45 to 7:15 p.m. July 10. A lawnmower was stolen from an unlocked shed at a residence.

LOFSTRAND LANE, 600 block, 8:30 p.m. July 13 to 9:30 a.m. July 14. Two catalytic converters were stolen from a vehicle.

MARTINS LANE, 300 block, 2 to 3:30 p.m. July 13. Cash and a portable video-game console and game cartridge were stolen from a locker at a swim facility.

MARTINS LANE, 300 block, 4:20 to 6:20 p.m. July 14. Property including clothing, jewelry, keys and a wallet were stolen from a swim-facility locker entered by removing a padlock.

MOORE DR., 100 block, 10 p.m. July 11 to 1:15 p.m. July 12. A digital music player and a camera were stolen from a vehicle.

PICCARD DR., 1700 block, 4:20 to 4:24 a.m. July 16. A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

RESEARCH BLVD., 1400 block, 2 to 3:30 p.m. July 16. A wallet was stolen from a customer's purse at a restaurant.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 700 block, 1:30 to 1:40 p.m. July 14. An office building was entered by smashing a window. Nothing was reported missing.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 1700 block, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 13. Cash and a GPS device were stolen from a vehicle.

ROCKVILLE PIKE, 1800 block, 4:52 p.m. July 15. A GPS device, a digital music player and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle.

SHADY GROVE RD., 14900 block, 4 p.m. July 18. Several containers of facial cream were stolen from a grocery store.

TWINBROOK PKWY., 12300 block, 8:15 a.m. to 6:40 p.m. July 10. Two GPS devices, a laptop computer, several CDs and a pair of sunglasses were among property stolen from two vehicles.

VEIRS MILL RD., 2200 block, 7:50 p.m. July 14. A man, 42, of no fixed address, was charged with shoplifting and trespassing.

HOPEWELL AVE., 1000 block, 9 p.m. July 19 to 4:07 a.m. July 20. A 2007 Dodge Charger was stolen. It was recovered in Prince George's County on July 20.
