-- Voyages of Discovery has reduced the price of its Black Sea & Aegean Adventure and is throwing in free air from Washington. The 15-night cruise now costs $2,499 per person double for an inside cabin (including $275 port charges), down from the brochure rate of $5,150, and $3,049 for an ocean view (was $6,250). For singles, the price is $5,049, a savings of $3,600. Free round-trip airfare does not include government fees of $83 and taxes of $406.
