Baltimore Visitors Center, 401 Light St., 877-225-8466, http://www.baltimore.org. Open daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September.

Fells Point Water Taxi landing, Thames Street and South Broadway, 800-658-8947, http://www.thewatertaxi.com. Ed Kane's Water Taxi ($9 day pass) runs Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; last boat to Fort McHenry leaves Fells Point at 3:30 p.m., leaves the park at 5 p.m.

Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, 2400 E. Fort Ave., 410-962-4290, http://www.nps.gov/fomc. Through Sept. 7, grounds open daily 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., fort 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., visitor center 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. $7 for fort; grounds and visitor center free.
