Records: Seattle 15-11, Washington 13-14.

Where: Key Arena.

When: 10 p.m.

Watch: The game will be streamed online at http://wnba.com.

Elusive Consistency: For every step forward the Mystics have taken in the second half of the season, they appear to take just as many steps backward, and their Western Conference trip, which wraps up Tuesday against the Storm, has been a prime example. After capturing a 91-81 victory Friday in Phoenix with a strong rebounding effort, the Mystics were outrebounded, 42-32, and committed 24 turnovers in an 82-60 loss to Sacramento the next day. With just two games left to play in August, Washington is 3-6 this month and has not won consecutive games since July 26.

Familiar Faces: The Mystics face Seattle in two of their next three contests for the teams' only meetings of the regular season. Unfortunately for Washington, which needs every win it can get to jockey for a playoff spot, the Storm is on a two-game winning streak and appears to be firing on all cylinders. On Saturday, six players scored in double figures as Seattle defeated Indiana, 74-60, and on Aug. 18 star center Lauren Jackson led the way with a season-high 36 points in a 79-75 win over Detroit.
