[*] (JOINED IN PROGRESS) OBAMA: ... really hard to make sure that your schools are well equipped. We're trying to get more money in the budget for things like computers. And we want to make sure that we're getting the very best teachers and that they're getting all the training they need.

We're doing everything we can as adults to give you a good learning situation. But ultimately we can't force you to learn. Not even your parents can force you to learn. Ultimately you've got to want to learn. You've got to realize that education is your ticket and that education's not going to happen just because you show up, although showing up helps. So I want to make sure everybody...
