For example, a one-way ticket from Washington to Baltimore is $11; to Philadelphia, $33; to New Jersey's Newark or New York, $49. Book 14 days in advance for travel through Dec. 16. -- Southwest is offering fares from BWI Marshall to Albany, N.Y., Buffalo, Cleveland, Long Island, Pittsburgh and Columbus, Ohio, for as low as $49 one way (before taxes and fees). For example, a round trip to Pittsburgh starts at $119.20, taxes and fees included. Regular one-way fares on Southwest start at $98. Book 21 days in advance and travel through Oct. 30. -- Food and Wine Trails, which specializes in gourmet vacations, is offering a series of vino-centric cruises laden with perks. In addition to 50 percent off the brochure price, the company is also covering prepaid gratuities (valued at $250 to $400) and airfare for all but one trip (the Zinfandel producers cruise to the Caribbean). Cancellation fees also have been waived for bookings made by Oct. 30. For example, the 10-night Pinot Passion Riviera Wine Cruise from Rome to Barcelona starts at $3,763 per person double and includes air from Washington and taxes. The ship departs June 17 and features growers and makers from Russia River Valley Winegrowers, who will lead special onboard programs and tastings. Deal applies to Oahu, the Big Island, Maui and Kauai.
