Montgomery County police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found near a fire hydrant in downtown Bethesda on Monday morning. The man has no fixed address, and no foul play is suspected, according to a police spokeswoman.

The body was found shortly before 6 a.m. near the corner of Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road, just outside the Bethesda Metro station, according to police.
