US Airways said it would install four new outside kiosks for passenger check-in at Reagan National Airport starting Tuesday, a first for the airport.
Most airlines have self-service kiosks in airport ticket lobbies. Self-service kiosks allow travelers to find reservations and perform other functions, such as changing seats or paying for extra luggage. The kiosks, built by NCR Corp., are designed to withstand wet weather and extreme temperatures.
