Arlington County police have arrested a 31-year-old man and charged him with aggravated sexual battery in connection with alleged assaults on two boys.
James Roy Cremeans of Arlington was arrested Friday and is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Center. Police said Cremeans, who has lived in Arlington for the past 10 years, has shown a pattern of sexual abuse.
