A pedestrian was killed on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway early Saturday when he was struck by at least two vehicles, the U.S. Park Police said.

The man was hit shortly after 1 a.m. on the ramp from the southbound lanes of the parkway to the westbound lanes of New York Avenue NE, the park police said.

Police said the man, who appeared to be in his mid 30s, has not been identified. They described him as apparently Hispanic, about 5 feet to 5 feet 3, and about 125 pounds.

He was wearing a white T-shirt, which in images released by the police, appeared to bear intricately designed images on the front and back. On one side, the design included crossed battle axes and a crown, above the words "Semper Paratus." The other side shows smaller battle axes, below the words "Royal Ruthlessness.,"

The Park Police asked anyone with information to call 202-610-8737.
