Man Fatally Shot in Forestville
A 22-year-old Upper Marlboro man was shot Sunday after an altercation, and a suspect was arrested and charged in the death, Prince George's County police said.
They said Paul V. Brown of Croom Road was found fatally shot about 6 a.m. in the 3000 block of Tracy Lane in Forestville.
Police said Matthew W. Taylor, 22, of that Tracy Lane block, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Charges Filed in Fatal Hit-and-Run
A Clarksville man has been charged in a hit-and-run incident in Howard County that left a woman dead and a man injured.
Ray W. Wolfrey, 28, was traveling south on Route 108 about 7 p.m. Saturday when he hit a Volkswagen Passat from behind, police said. The Passat, driven by Mary Valenzuela, 53, of the 7900 block of Sleaford Place in Bethesda, swerved off the road and hit a telephone pole.
Valenzuela died at the scene. A passenger in the car, Kevin Hans, 51, of the 13000 block of Clarksville Pike, was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
Wolfrey was charged with manslaughter by automobile, homicide by vehicle while intoxicated, hit and run, driving under the influence and driving while intoxicated.
