A 45-year-old man was seriously injured Sunday afternoon when his dirt bike crashed in a wooded section of the Clinton area of Prince George's County.
The man was riding on trails in the woods off Branch Avenue, about a mile and a half south of Surratts Road, when he struck a tree, hitting his head, said Mark E. Brady, spokesman for the county fire and emergency medical services department.
Brady said the man was wearing a helmet.
