Metro's SmarTrip customer service center won't accept voicemails for up to 10 hours Saturday, starting at 6 a.m., the transit agency said.
The outage is needed to conduct maintenance work. To report lost, stolen or damaged cards, customers can instead e-mail smartrip@wmata.com.
