HIGHLIGHTS

If you missed "Ugly Betty" last Friday -- or didn't even realize it has returned to prime time -- starting Thursday night, TV Guide Network will show encore airings of the new episodes on Thursdays at 7 p.m.

Mark's vision of the future is causing him a lot of problems on "FlashForward" (ABC at 8) when he must attend a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing to get grilled about what he saw.

The contestants on "Survivor: Samoa" (CBS at 8) get hit with terrible weather, and an unexpected emergency stops one of the challenges.

On "Parks & Recreation" (NBC at 8:30), Leslie feels uneasy about the slow progress of her own town's park project when she builds an entire playground in one day in a neighboring town, with the help of nonprofit KaBOOM! -- headquartered in Washington -- which aims to give all children a fun place to play.

Mercy West and Seattle Grace try to adjust to the merger, but two distinct sides form when a burn victim suddenly dies and someone needs to take the blame on "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC at 9).

Pam's worst nightmare comes true on "The Office" (NBC at 9) when she returns from her honeymoon and learns the identity of Michael's latest crush.

"The Jeff Dunham Show" (Comedy Central at 9), featuring comedian Dunham with an array of characters, is previewed by Hank Stuever on this page.

Tracy and Jenna team up for one of their favorite pastimes on "30 Rock" (NBC at 9:30) -- making Liz Lemon's life miserable. Meanwhile, Jack tries to stop his enemy's plot for revenge, as guest star Will Arnett returns.

Not surprisingly, fights break out on the Season 2 finale of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" (Bravo at 10) as Sheree launches her fashion line.

Armed with the best excuse of all time -- it was on the night when the Phillies won the World Series! -- the gang goes to fight a parking ticket on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (FX at 10).

The staff members can go as crazy as they like on "Ace of Cakes" (Food Network at 10), as they are given permission to create their dream cake.

Hilary Swank stops by "The Jay Leno Show" (NBC at 10) and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones answers 10 questions.

On the late-night repeats, "The Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35) hosts President Obama; "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" (NBC at 11:35) has actress Charlize Theron, stuntman Steven Ho and the Dave Matthews Band; while fashion guru Tim Gunn, actress Cobie Smulders and Lynyrd Skynyrd visit "Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson" (CBS at 12:35).
