-- At a 10 a.m. hearing, its fourth on the subject, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee asks how the private deal between Bank of America and Merrill Lynch turned into a federal bailout. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Chairman Sheila C. Bair and former SEC chairman Christopher Cox are to testify, as are bank representatives.
