United is offering a sale on new nonstop flights from Washington Dulles to Madrid next summer for $599 round trip, including taxes (fare on other airlines starts at more than $1,000). Fare is valid for travel May 14 to Aug. 29. For spring travel -- March 26 to May 13 -- fare is $499 round trip, including taxes.
