Public safety and the judiciary and libraries, parks and recreation joint public hearing, 10 a.m. Agenda: "Youth and Young Adult Promise Act of 2009," Bill 18-0367. To require the mayor to implement programs to collect and analyze data relating to juvenile delinquency and criminal gang activity, implement an action plan to intervene and assist at-risk youth and young adults, and develop a center for youth-oriented policing utilizing the Roving Leader Program.
