Viewer discretion is advised during the "Touch of Life: The Guide to Breast Self-Examination" segment on the WJLA 5 and 11 p.m. newscasts on Thursday and Friday, which will include a clinical demonstration (without obscuring any of the body) of how to properly perform a breast self-exam.

Still trying to make sense of the visions, Olivia confronts Mark about his future, but Mark's more interested in finding the links between two attacks on "FlashForward" (ABC at 8).

Stefan tries to help Vicki when her behavior becomes more dangerous, but Elena tries to persuade people to stay out of Vicki's way on "The Vampire Diaries" (CW at 8).

Michael somehow manages to fall into a koi pond during a business meeting on "The Office" (NBC at 9), while Andy and Pam compete for new clients through cold calls.

A hospital lab tech with an inoperable tumor pits McDreamy and the chief against each other on "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC at 9).

Feeling confident that Kenneth the Page's home town could produce a few new stars for "TGS," Liz and Jack take a trip south on "30 Rock" (NBC at 9:30), which features guest stars Betty White and Jeff Dunham.

"Ace of Cakes" (Food Network at 10) wraps up for the season by designing a cake for the "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" movie premiere.

It may be close to Halloween, but the team on "The Mentalist" (CBS at 10) still has trouble believing that a haunted spirit is what took the life of a wealthy man.

"E! Investigates: Mystery in Texas" (E! at 9) looks into the case of Jennifer Servo, a young news reporter found strangled in her apartment just three months into her first job.

The season finale of a Bravo show never means it's actually over: Sure enough, the gang from Atlanta gathers for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Reunion, Part 1" (Bravo at 10).

"The League" (FX at 10:30), a new comedy revolving around men obsessed with a fantasy football league, is previewed by Neely Tucker.

Dave Salmoni visits "The Jay Leno Show" (NBC at 10) with some animal friends, and Tina Fey answers 10 questions.

Tom Hanks stops by "Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35), and Weezer performs.

"The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" (NBC at 11:35) hosts actor Denis Leary, bat expert Rob Mies and musical guest the Swell Season.
