Nearly 200 craft artists from across the country are bringing one-of-a- kind or limited-edition wares to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for this 22nd-annual event. They'll be selling metal pieces, ceramics, jewelry, clothing and other decorative goods. The highlight of this year's three-day show is a talk with Madeleine Albright about her collection of brooches and how she used them (to signify hope and pride) when she was on diplomatic missions as secretary of state. The discussion will be led by David Revere McFadden, chief curator of the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, where an exhibit of Albright's pins is on display through Jan. 10. Albright will also sign copies of her new book, "Read My Pins: Stories From a Diplomat's Jewel Box."
