AAA Northern Region
Division 6
In: W.T. Woodson (8-1), Robinson (8-1), Lake Braddock (7-2), South County (6-3)
In with a win: Westfield (5-4), Chantilly (5-4)
Still alive: Fairfax (5-4), West Springfield (4-5), Oakton (4-5), T.C. Williams (5-4), Herndon (4-5)
Skinny: W.T. Woodson, Robinson and Lake Braddock have clinched first-round home games. South County can get a first-round home game if it beats Woodson, but if the Stallions lose and Westfield beats Herndon (4-5), then the Bulldogs will finish the regular season with a six-game winning streak and earn another home game. If T.C. Williams beats Lee (6-3), then the Titans likely will qualify. Herndon must beat Westfield and have West Springfield lose to Lake Braddock. Oakton and Herndon are out if they lose. Fairfax, which closes against Jefferson (0-9) will be doing plenty of scoreboard watching as the Rebels' fate rests with how everyone else fares.
Division 5
In: Stone Bridge (8-1), Lee (6-3), Edison (7-2), Madison (5-4), Hayfield (7-2)
In with a win: South Lakes (5-4), McLean (5-4), Yorktown (5-4), Washington-Lee (5-4)
Skinny: Stone Bridge can clinch the top seed by beating South Lakes. Lee has wrapped up a first-round home game. South Lakes and McLean also would qualify if Washington-Lee loses to Yorktown. Yorktown plays Washington-Lee with the winner advancing and the loser watching the out-of-Arlington scoreboard.
