BOUNDARIES: Clarks Run lies within the town of La Plata, southeast of the central business district. It is bounded by Charles Street (Route 6) and the Ellenwood subdivision to the east, roughly by Clark Run to the west, by the Wood Haven Park subdivision to the south and by an unincorporated area of La Plata to the north
SCHOOLS: Walter J. Mitchell Elementary, Milton M. Somers Middle and La Plata High schools
HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, four houses have sold in the neighborhood at $319,900 to $360,000, according to Amanda Conklin, an agent with Baldus Real Estate. There are five houses actively on the market, with asking prices from $310,000 to $399,000, and two houses under contract, with asking prices of $300,000 and $359,900.
