Study: You can Wii your way to fitness

-- Japanese researchers have found that playing certain Wii games provides moderate levels of exercise. The results were presented in Florida to a meeting of scientists and doctors. Only a third of the Wii fit and Wii sports games had exercise benefits, though. Wii Boxing gave one of the best workouts, while baseball and tennis on the Wii resulted in moderate exercise. But golf? Not so much. The researchers called on video game makers to produce more activity-oriented games.

Get vaccine even if you've been sick

-- Tests done at Children's Hospital in Pennsylvania show that many people who got sick this fall with what they thought was swine flu, or H1N1, actually just had bad colds. Doctors say some people who simply had a cold could still get swine flu, so anyone who got sick but didn't get a flu test should still get the vaccine.
