HIGHLIGHTS

"Terror in Mumbai" (HBO at 8), about the 2008 attacks and narrated by Mumbai-born journalist Fareed Zakaria, is previewed by Tom Shales on this page.

Booth's grandfather arrives to stir up trouble on "Bones" (Fox at 8). As he tags along to a scene with the charred remains of what appear to be plus-size lovers, he spills family secrets to Brennan and tries to play matchmaker for his grandson.

Always wanting to be included, Leslie invites herself on a usually guys-only hunting trip on "Parks and Recreation" (NBC at 8:30), while intern April bonds with Ann's ex-boyfriend, Andy.

The tables turn on "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC at 9) when the constantly critical Bailey gets a visit from her father, who is very vocal about how much he disapproves of her life's choices.

Ryan has fallen so far so fast on "The Office" (NBC at 9) -- what with his arrest and subsequent firing, only to be rehired as a temp at Dunder Mifflin -- but Jim still has trouble making him do any work.

The team on "Fringe" (Fox at 9) is still trying to find out more details about the mysterious Observer, and may have more clues after an abduction in Boston. Oh, and the always eccentric Walter obsesses over his craving for a milkshake.

Al Gore appears on another green-themed episode of "30 Rock" (NBC at 9:30), and in exciting news, the hilarious and insane Dr. Spaceman (guest star Chris Parnell) stops by.

As "Project Runway" (Lifetime at 10) wraps up its first season in Los Angeles, the final three -- Carol Hannah, Irina, Althea -- travel to New York to compete in Fashion Week, and be named the winner of Season 6.

The detectives on "The Mentalist" (CBS at 10) are shaken when a violent crime happens in their office, as no one can even imagine who would be responsible.

Dennis decides to finally share his seduction methods on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (FX at 10), but the gang has trouble mastering the moves.

Ever wonder how bulletproof cars are made? New special "Family Armor" (TLC at 10) follows Texas Armoring, a Mormon-owned family business that transforms everyday cars into safe, "gadget-filled fortresses" for VIP clients.

Actress Dakota Fanning visits "The Jay Leno Show" (NBC at 10), and "30 Rock's" Jane Krakowski answers 10 questions.

"Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35) has talk-show host Stephen Colbert, actress Emily Blunt and musical guest John Mayer.

Actress Nicole Kidman, CNN's Anderson Cooper and singer Leona Lewis are guests on "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" (NBC at 11:35).
