BOUNDARIES: Logan Circle is in the Northwest quadrant of D.C., sandwiched between Dupont Circle and Shaw. It is bounded on the west by the middle of 16th Street, on the east by 10th Street, on the south by M Street and on the north, roughly, by S Street.

SCHOOLS: Garrison Elementary, Shaw Middle School at Garnet-Patterson, Cardozo Senior High and Woodrow Wilson Senior High schools.

HOME SALES: There are 108 properties on the market, ranging in price from $175,000 to $5.75 million. Seventy-two of the 108 properties on the market are condominiums, eight are co-ops and 28 are townhouses, according to Lindsay Reishman of Coldwell Banker.
