-- TravelCell is offering free one-week rentals of its international cellphones. The phones, which provide service in more than 200 countries, typically cost $29.99 per week, SIM card included. The company is also offering half-off rentals -- or $14.99 -- for the second week. The deal does not cover phone calls; however, in many countries, such as Spain, France and Japan, incoming calls are free, and outgoing rates are up to 80 percent less than calls made from your U.S. phone. -- The iconic Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla., is offering up to $200 in resort credits. Breakers Rewards are good on most amenities: the nine restaurants, 11 boutiques, golf, tennis, cabana rentals, etc. Superior rooms start at $499 a night, for example, and a Flagler Club room is from $1,200. In honor of its new Tales of the Adriatic cruise, Variety Cruises is offering a free land program in Venice or Split, Croatia.
