Some lanes will be closed on portions of Connecticut Avenue during off-peak hours this week as the D.C. Water and Sewer Authority tries to locate underground utility lines.

Connecticut will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Calvert and Cathedral streets, and parking will be banned from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day this week except Thanksgiving Day and Friday. If the search is not completed by then, work will resume Nov. 30.
